He is fully playable with all his moves and voices, but the prologue video doesn't play if you use him (while it can't be told that if it's intentional or a glitch, it also happened in Extreme), and as he isn't supposed to have a 2nd costume (In Extreme, only one player can use him as he is selectable as Yugo 3rd costume), trying to play as him with the alternate costume will make him use Yugo 1st costume model instead (as he is based in Yugo, it's probably a placeholder).
